- heating controls;
- radiator and Thermostatic Radiator Valve (TRV) installation;

3. Online boiler estimates
Our online boiler estimator provides an indicative estimate only.
The estimate is calculated from the information entered by the customer and is intended to provide a useful guide to the potential cost of a boiler replacement.
An online estimate is not a final quotation or fixed contract price.
The final price may depend on factors that cannot be fully assessed through the online estimator, including:
- the existing heating system;
- pipework and system condition;
- flue arrangements;
- property layout;
- access to the property;
- access equipment requirements;
- installation requirements;
- additional materials or labour;
- compliance with applicable regulations; and
- other circumstances identified by our engineer.
Where appropriate, a site survey or assessment will be carried out before a final quotation is provided.
4. Final quotations
Where we provide a quotation following an assessment, the quotation will specify the proposed work and applicable price.
A quotation may be subject to conditions stated within the quotation itself.
Additional work that is reasonably required but was not included in the original quotation will be discussed with the customer before it is carried out, where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any statutory rights that apply to the customer.
5. Existing installations
Heating systems and other equipment can vary considerably in age, condition and configuration.
Where an existing installation contains defects, deterioration, unsuitable components or other issues, additional work may be necessary to allow the proposed work to be completed safely and in accordance with applicable requirements.
We will explain significant additional requirements and any associated costs before carrying out additional chargeable work, where reasonably practicable.
6. Access to the property
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and to the areas required to carry out the agreed work.
If suitable access is not available, this may affect the timing, scope or cost of the work.
7. Installation work
Installation work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable legal and safety requirements.
The exact installation method may vary depending on the property and existing heating system.
8. Additional work and charges
If an engineer identifies additional work that was not reasonably foreseeable when the quotation was prepared, we will explain the issue and any additional cost before proceeding, where reasonably practicable.
9. Payment
Payment arrangements, deposits and balances will be confirmed with the customer before work is carried out.
10. Cancellation and rescheduling
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Where consumer cancellation rights apply, we will respect those rights.
11. Warranties and guarantees
Where applicable, installations may include a manufacturer's warranty for the boiler or other equipment supplied.
Where we provide a separate labour or workmanship guarantee, its duration and conditions will be communicated to the customer.
Manufacturer warranties and our own workmanship guarantees do not remove the customer's statutory rights.
12. Repairs and servicing
Repair and servicing work is subject to the condition and configuration of the existing system.
13. Safety
Gas and heating work may involve safety-critical equipment.
We reserve the right not to carry out work where doing so would be unsafe, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.
14. Website information
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
These Terms do not affect the customer's statutory rights relating to goods or services.
